ARIVL is an Edmonton-based real estate brokerage focused on helping clients buy and sell property while also supporting agents at every stage of their careers. As the business evolved, their website needed to do more than simply showcase listings. It needed to support recruitment, provide valuable resources, and give their team full control over managing content.
This project focused on rebuilding their website into a structured, scalable platform that could support both sides of the business — attracting new agents while continuing to serve buyers and sellers effectively.

ARIVL’s previous website was difficult to manage and no longer aligned with the direction of the business. Updating content such as agents, referrals, and blog posts was time-consuming, which made it harder for their team to keep the site current and relevant.
At the same time, the website wasn’t supporting one of their key goals — recruiting new agents. There was no clear path for someone interested in joining the brokerage, and important information around costs, expectations, and structure was either missing or difficult to find. This created friction for potential recruits and added unnecessary back-and-forth.
Balancing this with the needs of buyers and sellers was another challenge. The site needed to clearly serve both audiences without creating confusion or competing priorities.
We approached the project by first restructuring the website around ARIVL’s core priorities: recruitment, usability, and long-term flexibility. This meant defining clear user paths so both prospective agents and potential clients could quickly find the information relevant to them.
From there, we planned out the content and page structure to support those journeys. Dedicated sections were created specifically for agent recruitment, ensuring that key information was easy to access and clearly communicated.
A major part of the process involved building custom dynamic systems that would allow the ARIVL team to manage their website internally. This included structured systems for agents, referrals, and blog content, all designed to be easy to update without ongoing development support.
Visually, the goal was to move away from the typical corporate look seen across many real estate websites. We leaned into a more expressive direction that aligned with ARIVL’s brand, using bold colour, paint textures, and layered elements to create something more distinctive.
The final result is a fully custom website designed to function as both a marketing tool and an internal resource for the ARIVL team. The site includes dynamic systems for managing agents, referrals, blog content, and listings, making it easy to keep everything up to date as the business grows. An MLS®/IDX integration allows featured listings to be displayed seamlessly within the site.
To support recruitment, we developed a series of dedicated pages focused entirely on new agents. These pages provide clear information about costs, structure, and expectations, helping prospective agents understand what ARIVL offers before reaching out. This not only improves the user experience but also helps attract more informed and aligned applicants.
The website now presents ARIVL in a way that reflects the quality of their brand while standing out from competitors. More importantly, it gives their team the tools they need to manage and grow their online presence without friction.
