This project involved a full website redesign, restructuring both the front-end experience and backend systems to better organize a large catalogue of equipment and accessories, improve usability, and support long-term SEO growth. The goal was to create a platform that reflects their expertise while making it easier for users to find, understand, and inquire about the right solutions.

The previous website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and not structured around how users actually search for equipment. Key information was hard to find, and users often struggled to locate the right pages — including support, which led to confusion and misdirected inquiries through forms intended for new customers.
There were also major limitations in how products were explored and requested. With no streamlined way to inquire about multiple pieces of equipment, users were forced to manually list items, creating friction in the sales process. Combined with a lack of foundational SEO, the website relied heavily on Nuon Imaging’s reputation rather than actively supporting growth or discoverability.
We approached the project by rethinking the structure from the ground up, starting with how users interact with the business. Instead of organizing content purely by product type, we implemented an industry-first navigation system that separates human and veterinary radiology. This ensures users are immediately guided to the most relevant content, reducing friction and improving clarity.
To support a large and growing catalogue, we built a custom content system designed for both flexibility and performance. With over 100 pieces of equipment and accessories, it was critical that products could be uploaded, managed, and displayed efficiently without slowing down the site. We also introduced features like a centralized Downloads & Documentation page, improved search functionality, and a streamlined inquiry experience that makes it easier for users to request quotes on multiple items.
Throughout the build, the focus remained on usability, scalability, and long-term maintainability — giving Nuon Imaging a system that not only works today, but continues to support their growth.
